Now .. HOW did THAT happen ???

Last weekend we were at my sisters. She is DutchBitch , see at the links ‘the DutchFiles’. We played monopoly tycoon ( via dvd ) . My nephew loves that game ! I understand why, because it is really GREAT !

We had such a good time ( me and the hubby ).My hubby decided to be “funny” about everything ( cheating … acting like he didn’t trust us and so on ). I EVEN had to take my money and streets with me to the toilet to make sure he didn’t do something to it …

My nephew is a GOOD player, so we assumed he would be the winner. Though, I was ( surprisingly ) doing EXTREMELY well. I bought streets where I shouldn’t . It pissed off the other players a lot. I took ‘their’ street(s). I won a lot of money and soon I got the winning-vibe LOL. Í hardly EVER get the winning-vibe … You should have seen the STAG of money I had … I felt like a millionair !

Suddenly my nephew wasn’t that happy with us anymore. He claimed we were cheating. This is something that NORMALLY would be true ( at least … about me ). Though being on the winning hand ANYWAY … I didn’t need to cheat. I explained we were just doing good business. He decided than we were probably not cheating, but hell WE WERE incredible mean and annoying ( okay, guilty ! ) !

Like I said .. in the end I had a huge stag of money and already was convinced I had won. I mean … it’s all about the money, isn’t it ?

Well, so much did I know …

I LOST !

I WAS THE LOOSER !

YEP … LOST AGAIN !!!

Obviously … it is NOT ABOUT THE MONEY . It is about the points you win DURING the game . You win them also with the streets you buy. You can trade ONE million euro’s for 1 LOUSY point.

My nephew had received points all through the game !!! So he had more than I had in the end…

NOT to mention MY HUBBY , who was doing the TERRIBLE during the game, HE WON AND MY NEPHEW CAME IN SECOND !!!

I’ll never learn to win a game … I LOST AGAIN …
